A Study of Gis-sd Based Temporal-spatial Modeling of Water Quality in Water Pollution Accidents
نویسنده
چکیده
In this paper, the one-dimension river quality system dynamics model was applied to the water quality simulation, and the conceptual GIS-SD frame was constructed. Based on the component GIS and system dynamics model, the experimental system of water quality simulation in water pollution accident was developed. The Songhua River water pollution accident which happened on November, 2005 was used as an example to show how the temporal-spatial change of nitrobenzene concentration can be dynamically simulated. The results showed that the simulation of temporal-spatial distribution of the pollutant in water pollution accident, the model regulation, and the scenario analysis can provide the decision-makers with scientific evidence to optimize the related emergency response measures. * Bo Zhang, 861084640954, [email protected].

Assessing Temporal and Spatial Variations of Groundwater Quality (A case study: Kohpayeh-Segzi)
Assessing the quality of groundwater is important to ensure the sustainablesafe use of these resources. However, describing the overall water quality condition isdifficult due to the spatial variability of multiple contaminants and the wide range ofindicators (chemical, physical and biological) that could be measured. Therefore, in thiscase study, some water quality parameters including Na, Mg,...

متن کاملTemporal and spatial variation of hardness and total dissolved solids concentration in drinking water resources of Ilam City using Geographic Information System
Background: In recent times, the decreasing groundwater reserves due to over-consumption of water resources and the unprecedented reduction of precipitation, during the past 1 decades, have resulted in a change in the volume and quality of water with time. The aim of this study was to determine the spatial and temporal variations of hardness and total dissolved solids in drinking water resource...
متن کاملThe study spatial and temporal changes of water quality in Choghakhor wetland using water quality index (WQI)
In order to investigation of water quality of the Choghakhor wetland by use of WQI, ten stations were selected. Sampling was done every 45 days since April 2010 until March 2011 with 3 replications at each station. Water Quality Index (WQI) was calculated using nine water quality parameters (Nitrate, Nitrite, Alkalinity, Hardness, Turbidity, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, pH and Biochemical Ox...
